NEED A MORE PERSONALISED APPROACH?
I'm Jude Morrow
Not only did I grow up as an Autistic, ADHD, and PDA child in the mainstream school system, I grew up to be a social worker specialising in Primary Care, Learning Disability, Adult Mental Health, and CAMHS. I am also a diagnostic Clinician for Autism and ADHD.
Over the past 10 years, I have compiled an extensive range of strategies, supports, and systems that have guided parents to understand their children and help them engage with life and learning.
If you need more personalised advice and guidance, you can explore 1-1 consultations here.

"Everything online is a 12 week programme, or has massive time commitments that as a working single mum to three Neurodivergent Children, I can't commit to. I absolutely love the downloadables, and I use the Trigger Tracker every day. It has really helped me to identify patterns to help my youngest (5 years old) to regulate in moments of distress"
- Olivia Campbell (parent)
"Jude helped me with a diagnostic assessment, which I was afraid of given I was in my forties when I was diagnosed ADHD. Afterward, he sent me these support packs to help me get out of burnout and actually start things. Even if I am going anywhere, I keep the task tracker with me. Absolutely love it. I was that person that joined all these groups, and signed up for a million courses (didn't finish or even start them most of the time). But I was dead chuffed at being able to not only finish these packs, but use them. They really work and easy to follow"
- Geraldine Macklin (late diagnosed ADHD adult)
"Jude always says that Quirky Little Apples fall from quirky trees. I am a late diagnosed ADHD girlie (29) with a newly diagnosed ADHD girlie of my own (8). The highlight of these packs for me were the scripts to have conversations with the school, and the coming to terms exercises after my own diagnosis. Jude is a matter of fact kind of guy and I love him for that. His tools work without having to pay for expensive therapies or meds. They are all broken down and easy to manage for people like me who was in burnout more than out of it."
- Kesha Millar (Parent and Newly Diagnosed Adult)

How do I get access to the materials, do I get a login etc?
I'm a busy working parent, is there a time limit on accessing the materials?
I loved this class and want more! What other courses do you offer?
