Jan & Feb 2026 PDA Pathway Programme -
Preschool & Primary 
Ages 4 to 11

A live virtual, guided, 5 week programme for parents of PDA children. The dates include Tuesday 13th, 20th & 27th of January, and 3rd & 10th of February 2026.

This enrolment form is for parents of Preschool & Primary Children: Ages 4 to 11. The current availability is for a 7pm start time for live classes/discussion on the dates outlined.

Upon enrolment you will receive an email with a login to our secure platform, where session join links will be shared. The sessions are delivered in webinar format so no need to have camera/mic on. Participation will be via chat and at the end, when the recording stops we can converse and have Q&A live if you would like to ask questions in that format.

Every session is live, practical and rooted in lived experience, gentle strategies and proven PDA-affirming methods. 

Plus, each registrant gets a free 30-minute 1-1 consultation.

Programme Syllabus and Outcomes

 

Each age group covers the same key themes, adapted to developmental needs.

 Week 1: Understanding PDA and Creating a Low-Demand Home - How anxiety drives behaviour. Co-regulation. Calming the home environment.

 Week 2: School, Learning and Education - Reducing school distress. How to work with schools. PDA-friendly approaches.

⭐ Week 3: Navigating Services - How to advocate effectively. Scripts for meetings. Avoiding burnout.

 Week 4: Friendships, Social Life and Family Dynamics - Supporting healthy relationships, communication and social safety.

⭐ Week 5: Healthy Lifestyles and Sustainable Routines - Movement, sensory needs and interest-based planning.

Terms & Conditions

Neurodiversity Training International Ltd.

1. General

1.1. By registering for any programme or course delivered by Neurodiversity Training International Ltd. (“NTI”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1.2. NTI reserves full discretion to manage, modify, or deliver the programme in a way that ensures participant safety, wellbeing, and training quality.
1.3. These Terms override any verbal assurances or assumptions not expressly stated in writing.


2. Payment, Access & Usage Rights

2.1. Payment must be made in full at the time of registration.
2.2. Participants are responsible for downloading any permitted materials within the access window.
2.3. NTI is not obliged to reinstate access or reissue materials once the access window has closed.
2.4. Programme access is for the individual registrant only and may not be shared.
2.5. Access to course materials, recordings, and the online learning platform is provided only for: The duration of the course, plus 7 days post-completion, after which all access automatically expires.


3. Refunds, Cancellations & Consumer Law Compliance

3.1. Refunds are governed by UK consumer law.
3.2. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, the 14-day cooling-off period applies only if you have not accessed the course content, joined live sessions, viewed recordings, or downloaded materials.
3.3. Non-engagement, missed sessions, or personal circumstances do not qualify for refunds or extensions.
3.4. If NTI cancels a course, participants will receive either a full refund or the option to transfer to a future cohort. NTI’s liability is limited exclusively to the amount paid.
3.5. Once any form of access or engagement occurs, no refund will be provided. This includes:

  • logging into the platform
  • accessing materials
  • attending any live session
  • viewing recordings.

4. Conduct, Safety & Zero-Tolerance Policy

4.1. NTI maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for abuse, hostility, harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or disruption directed at staff or participants.
4.2. NTI reserves the right to remove any participant immediately and permanently, without refund, if conduct breaches this policy.
4.3. NTI is not required to provide prior warnings where behaviour presents risk or distress.


5. 1–1 Call with Jude

5.1. Courses may include a 30-minute 1–1 session with Jude. This session must be booked and completed within the course timeframe only.
5.2. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment constitutes a non-refundable missed session.
5.3. Rescheduling after a no-show requires an additional scheduling fee.
5.4. Extensions or deferrals of the 1–1 session are not permitted under any circumstances.


6. Attendance & Participant Responsibility

6.1. Live attendance is strongly encouraged for optimal outcomes but is not mandatory.
6.2. Lack of engagement does not entitle participants to refunds, additional support, or extended access.
6.3. By registering, participants accept full responsibility for their learning engagement.


7. Confidentiality & Group Conduct

7.1. Participants are expected to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all personal information, experiences, and sensitive disclosures shared by other members during sessions.
7.2. Breaching another participant’s confidentiality may result in immediate removal from the programme without refund.
7.3. NTI upholds UK GDPR and Data Protection laws and will not disclose personal information except where legally required.


8. Recording Policy & Intellectual Property

8.1. Recording of any session by participants is strictly prohibited.
8.2. The use of AI note-takers, automated transcription tools, screen recording, or any third-party capture technology is not permitted.
8.3. All course content, slides, frameworks, videos, and written materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of NTI.
8.4. Redistribution, reproduction, or sharing of content is prohibited without written permission and may result in legal action.


9. Peer-to-Peer Contact & External Groups

9.1. Participants may voluntarily engage in peer-to-peer contact outside the course (e.g., WhatsApp groups, Facebook groups, social media networks).
9.2. NTI does not endorse, moderate, oversee, or participate in any participant-created groups.
9.3. NTI bears no responsibility or liability for issues arising from external peer-to-peer communication.
9.4. Any concerns arising from privately formed groups must be resolved between participants independently.


10. Technology Requirements

10.1. Participants are responsible for ensuring appropriate internet access, device functionality, and software compatibility.
10.2. Technical issues on the participant’s side are not grounds for refunds or compensation.


11. Educational Purpose & Scope of Support

11.1. All NTI courses are provided for educational, informational, and supportive purposes only, based on professional expertise, lived experience, and evidence-informed practice.
11.2. The programmes do not provide medical, psychiatric, psychological, diagnostic, or crisis intervention services.
11.3. Raising and supporting Neurodivergent children often involves patience, trial and error, and sustained ongoing effort. Every child is unique, and outcomes will vary.
11.4. Some children may have co-occurring conditions or underlying needs that may benefit from specialist assessment or support (e.g., Psychology, Psychiatry, SLT, OT, CAMHS, or private clinicians).
11.5. These matters can be explored sensitively during the 1–1 call, including signposting where appropriate. NTI is not responsible for arranging or delivering specialist clinical services.
11.6. Participants should seek independent professional advice where concerns fall outside the educational remit of the course.


12. Limitation of Liability

12.1. NTI is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential outcomes resulting from the application of course content.
12.2. NTI’s total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the course.
12.3. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot be lawfully excluded.


13. Amendments

13.1. NTI may update or amend these Terms at any time.
13.2. The version in effect at the time of registration applies to your purchase.
13.3. Continued use of the platform or engagement with the course constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
